Delivery
Goods will be dispatched on receipt of cleared payment. All orders are normally dispatched within forty eight hours. Standard UK delivery is arranged through Royal Mail First Class Inland Recorded or Special delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of goods. If a delivery is unsuccessful, then a card is left to arrange collection or redelivery. Goods dispatched using this method usually arrive the next working day, but please allow up to 3 days.

All new customers email addresses are added to our mailing list. YOUR INFORMATION AND EMAIL ADDRESS WILL NOT BE SOLD TO A THIRD PARTY. We will keep you updated on our services and new products. To opt out of this mailing please email optout@mobilecityluton.co.uk quoting your email addresses name and postcode.
Security
Please note www.mobilecityluton.co.uk uses PAYPAL as the gateway to process credit card sales. PAYPAL uses 128bit encryption to protect your credit card details. OUR STAFF DO NOT RECEVE CREDIT CARD NUMBERS, the entire process being automated by PAYPAL.

Customer Complaints Handling Procedure
If for whatever you reason you are unhappy about any aspect of our service or goods, Please contact us at complaints@mobilecityluton.co.uk. Complaints will be acknowledged within 2 days, and settled as soon as possible. All information and handling of complaints will be fair, confidential & speedy.

Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours without quibble.
You have a right to return goods if you are unhappy with them. Refunds will be made directly onto your credit card (may take up to 14 days).
Refunds
All www.mobilecityluton.co.uk products have an invisible mark placed on them, when an item has been returned it will be checked to make sure that the product has not been swapped with a faulty product. If a returned product has been tampered with then it will be returned to you.
All the products on sale from www.mobilecityluton.co.uk have met our high quality-control
standards. If you are unhappy with any goods you receive, or if they are faulty please contact refunds@www.mobilecityluton.co.uk stating your details. We will advice you further. And exchange them or refund the cost of the goods & postage (if faulty) as you wish. Alternatively you can post it directly to us with a letter stating the fault or reason and contact details.

Fraud
www.mobilecityluton.co.uk will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities including the police. We have brought forward numerous successful prosecutions.
